Services & Fees
I am based in Oakland, California and I am offering telehealth services at this time for people living in California. I also offer a limited amount of in person forest eco-therapy sessions in Oakland, California.
Individual Therapy for Adults and Kids/Teens
$200 for 50 minute sessions

I’d love to accompany you in whatever it is that you are moving through in your human experience in this time. Some themes I love working with include grief, relationships, life transitions, people pleasing, anxiety and depression. Integration of altered states of conciousnesss, exploration of intersection identities and intergenerational trauma are also common themes in my practice. I use a variety of approaches in my work, including parts work, inner child work, existential inquiry, transpersonal psychotherapy, archetypal work, ritual, gestalt approaches, ceremony and ecotherapy.
In addition to working with adults, I enjoy working with kids/teens. I feel very connected to my inner kid parts and find ways to work therapeutically with kids through play & art therapy. I also work with teens around relationships, queer/gender/ethnic cultural identity, and grief (particularly loss of a parent).
Couples Therapy
$250 for 50 minute sessions

In couples therapy, I hold the space for whatever is here to come to the surface of awareness. In that place of awareness, you may find more choice around how you want to be in relationship to one another. We may work on communication & relationship skills, explore the root of our trauma responses and attachment, practice working across difference, and/or discover ways back to connection. Queerness is at the center of how I work with couples- together we challenge traditional heteronormative ideas of relationship and work together to help you create and nurture a relationship that feels healthy, loving, and thriving. I welcome couples of all intersectional identities into my practice. I specialize working with couples who identify at the intersections of LGBTQ+, polyamorous/nonmonogomous and/or neurodivergence.
Ecotherapy
$200 for 50 minute sessions

Adults, kids/teens, couples are all welcome to this specific therapy container. Ecotherapy with me takes place in the forests of Oakland, California. I love ecotherapy because it is an opportunity for us to find our way back to our own nature. In the forest, you have access to not just the holding of the therapeutic space but also the holding of the nature that surrounds the both of us. The same talk therapy takes place, but these sessions may incorporate somatic practices, expressive art activities, and or archetypal activities that are focused on connecting to back to your body and the land and elements. We can discover together what might arise for you in this different container.
Fees & Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill or monthly statements to be submitted to your insurance provider. Prior to working together, please contact your insurance provider to see if they accept or cover out-of-network therapists. Some insurances reimburse in full or partially, and this can reduce the cost of therapy.
My full fee is $200 for individuals, and $250 for couples. For those that may need more flexibility, I offer a limited amount of sliding scale options for folks who historically and/or systematically have difficulty accessing the mental health care that they need.
